When my partner and I decided to move to Leiden, I can say most important thing was to find good real estate agent, that can guide us through the whole process and answer all of our questions since this was our first time to look for a new home.
We contacted a few agencies from Leiden and went for a meeting with each one of them, but I can only remember after meeting with Fides, we instantly agree that we want them to represent us and help us to find our new home.
During the process of searching and buying an apartment, Martijn was more than helpful, he responded really quickly to each email, even though sometimes it was after working hours. From the start, he explained to us the whole process and each step during the process, and assisted during the whole time, whenever we had some question or problem. He also advised us when he thought something is not good, or how to handle different situations.
We would highly recommend Fides because of everything I just mentioned above!
