ERA Sustainable: for a better environment at a friendly cost

Many people wish to use energy sensibly. Homes are quite poplar that are built or equipped with energy-friendly materials and use up little energy. The less energy you need, the less it will cost you to heat and/or cool it. 

In the Netherlands an energy label is a mandatory feature with every listing. Every seller needs to apply for such a label, which may vary between A and G.

ERA marks all listings with energy labels A++, A+, A, and B as Sustainable (Duurzaam) in our database. This energy label is always personally checked by any ERA professional prior to listing it. You can actually select these homes by checking the applicable box on top of this page.
